4 Mile Run/Walk and 1 Mile Fun Run!

Come in your most patriotic outfit on July 4th at the Flora-Bama with the Freedom Run! Proceeds from this race benefit the AHERO Foundation!
Age Groups
4-Mile Run and Walk
14 & under, 15-19, 20-29, 30-39, 40-49, 50-59, 60-69, 70-79, 80+
Awards
4 mile Run – 1st place will be awarded for both male and female in all age groups for 4Mile Run
4mile Walk - 1st place will be awarded for both male and female in all age groups.
Special recognition plaques and sunglasses sponsored by
Goodr will also be given for Overall Male & Overall Female runners and walkers.
First 500 participants through the finish line will receive a finisher medal!
(All 1 mile fun runners are guaranteed a finisher medal)
Packet Pickup - DAY BEFORE THE RACE (Friday, July 3rd)
4pm-6pm Friday, July 3rd at the Flora-Bama (just inside the bar after you walk through the gift shop)
Packet Pickup - DAY OF THE RACE (Saturday, July 4th)
6am-7:30am, Saturday July 4th at the Flora-Bama in the tent
We highly encourage you to pick up your packet on Friday to avoid long wait times on Saturday.
Race shirts guaranteed to the first 600 registered participants!
If you can still choose a shirt size in online registration, it is still in stock.
If you do not receive a shirt, please check with our staff AFTER the race to see if your size is available. We do not guarantee shirts will be available after sizes run out but we will try to accomodate the best we can!
Post Race Party!
Join us in the tent at the Flora-Bama for the post race party! Live music, breakfast buffet and complimentary draft beer (or non-alcoholic drinks for those under 21) are available to participants immediately following the race in the Flora-Bama!
A 7.5% sales tax is collected on all registrations, as required by Florida law.
